The Alchemist's Table

A table is where you sit down and do serious work with someone who is not going to flatter you. This is for established founders and leaders. If you are looking for a beginner's business starter kit, this is not it, and I would rather tell you now.

The ladder

Five ways in. Every rung earns the next one.

I

The Strategist's Hour

One hour, one problem, on demand. A short pre-call form, then we book time. Sixty focused minutes on Zoom, and a written 300 to 500 word follow-up within 24 hours. This is the front door and it is real work, not a sales call in costume.

$350Per call · 3-pack $900
II

Build Different

A three-hour working workshop for entrepreneurs tired of generic advice. Hour one is offer architecture, hour two is positioning and differentiation, hour three is the story that sells. You leave with completed frameworks, not a full notebook. The $197 ticket is the open group workshop; the $247 cohort intensive caps lower and includes direct feedback on your frameworks. Scholarship seats at every public session.

$197Group · $247 cohort intensive
III

The Build Table

Four weeks, capped at ten founders, curated so the feedback is actually useful. Revenue architecture, audience and positioning, sales and conversion, then a 90-day roadmap you present to the table. Weekly 90-minute sessions, hot seats, accountability partners, async channel.

$650Standard · four weeks · Founding cohort $450 (limited-time discount, first cohort only)
IV

The Alchemy Session

A private strategy intensive for one founder. Pre-session intake I actually read, then diagnosis, strategy build, and implementation map in the room. Written summary within 48 hours and a 30-minute follow-up call within 30 days. Application required.

$2,500Half day · $4,500 full day
V

The Alchemist's Retainer

An ongoing strategic partnership: a 90-minute onboarding audit, two 60-minute sessions a month, async access with one business day response, a monthly strategy note, and a quarterly review. Three-month minimum. Six clients at a time, enforced.

$2,000Per month · $5,400 quarterly

The standard

You leave with something written.

Every engagement produces an artifact you keep. A diagnostic. A build plan. A system map. Something you can hand to your team on a day I am nowhere near the building.

That is the operational version of receipts, not vibes. It is also the difference between a consultant and a very expensive friend.
