The thesis
Alchemy is not magic. Alchemy is process. Heat, pressure, the right order, and something more valuable comes out the other side.
There are business coaches who cannot talk about race. There are equity practitioners who cannot read a profit and loss statement. There are wellness brands that treat being broke as a mindset problem.
Almost nobody holds all three at once. That gap is the whole practice.
