Ways to work together
Services
Culture is not a poster. It is a system. I work with individuals and organizations who are ready to diagnose the system and build something better.
The Alchemist's Table
Five structured ways to work together, from a single 60-minute Strategist's Hour to an ongoing Alchemist's Retainer. Also available: the three-hour Build Different workshop, the four-week Build Table cohort, and a private Alchemy Session intensive. Each is built for founders and leaders who have done the hard part of building something real—and now need the culture underneath it to move. Every engagement ends with something written.

I speak about culture, power, leadership, and the stories we tell to survive. Available for keynotes, panel moderation, fireside conversations, and facilitated working sessions for teams ready to name what is actually happening.
Book a conversation →MembershipThe Culture Collective
A membership for Black, Brown, and Indigenous people who are done treating wealth, wellness, and cultural power as if they live in different houses. Ten rooms under one roof—money, health, rest, lineage, leadership, and more—because they were never separate problems.

The Black Porch, on inheritance and what we were handed. And Nope. You Got Me Fu*ked Up., a horror show that has no interest in behaving. Both are cultural texts.

I do not perform inspiration. I bring a framework.
My sessions are designed for audiences who are tired of being talked at. I use story, data, and live interaction to make culture legible — and to leave people with language they can use on Monday morning.
Formats include keynotes, moderated panels, executive offsites, team working sessions, and multi-week facilitated builds. Every engagement is scoped to the room, not pulled from a shelf.
Sample topics
- Naming the pattern nobody will say out loud
- Culture as infrastructure, not vibes
- The story your organization keeps telling itself
- When leadership looks like power but acts like fear
- Building a culture that survives the next leader
Selected rooms include corporate, nonprofit, academic, and community gatherings—keynotes and facilitated sessions scoped to the people in them.
Speaking & facilitation inquiry
Tell me about the room and what it needs.
Include the event date, audience size, format, and what you want people to leave thinking or doing differently. The more I know, the faster I can tell you if I am the right fit.

How to choose
Not sure where you fit?
Start with a conversation. I will tell you whether the work is advisory, a single session, a facilitated build, or something else entirely. If we are not a fit, I will tell you who is.
